iRobot CX - Connecting brands and products

The iRobot x Target collaboration aims to increase customer loyalty by connecting iRobot experts with Target consumers to assist with product demos and queries, supporting the in-store shopping journey. This initiative also intends to create a positive brand image.
I led the design thinking process to create a user-centric approach for connecting iRobot customers with Emplifi's Live Video service, leveraging my experience with multi-channel journeys and user-centred design to create a solution that aligns with both iRobot's and Emplifi's business goals.
I have collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of the Emplifi Live Video service into the iRobot customer journey, Driving the creation of a compelling customer experience (CX), influencing the product roadmap, and connecting related marketing initiatives.
